5. All-purpose flour - 3 cups
6. Whole milk - ½ cup
7. Baking powder - 1 tablespoon
8. Vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons
9. Salt - 1 teaspoon
10. Miniature chocolate chips - 1 (12 ounce) package

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a 10-inch tube pan.
