Ingredients for - Noodles Romanoff

1. Egg noodles 1 (8 ounce) package
2. Sour cream 2 cups
3. Grated Parmesan cheese, divided ½ cup
4. Chopped fresh chives 1 tablespoon
5. Salt ½ teaspoon
6. Ground black pepper ⅛ teaspoon
7. Butter 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Noodles Romanoff

1 . Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add noodles and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

2 . Stage

While noodles are cooking, combine the sour cream, 1/4 cup cheese, chives, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Mix together.

3 . Stage

Stir butter into drained noodles, then stir in sour cream mixture. Place on a warm platter and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese.
