8. Unsalted butter, melted 3 tablespoons
9. Vanilla extract 2 teaspoons
10. Chopped pistachios, or more to taste ¾ cup
11. Dried cranberries ¾ cup

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or spray with cooking spray.
