1. Lean ground beef 1 pound
2. Chicken-flavored stuffing mix 1 cup
3. Milk ½ cup
4. Chopped green chilies 1 ½ (4 ounce) cans
5. Diced yellow onion ½ cup
6. Egg 1 large
7. Jalapeno ketchup 1 tablespoon
8. Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon
9. Dried parsley 1 teaspoon
10. Salt ¾ teaspoon
11. Garlic powder ½ teaspoon
12. Black pepper ¼ teaspoon
13. Jalapeno ketchup ½ cup
14. Brown sugar 2 tablespoons
15. Red wine vinegar 1 tablespoon

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Mix ground beef, stuffing mix, milk, green chiles, onion, egg, jalapeno ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt, garlic powder, and pepper together for meatloaf in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Form into a loaf shape and place in a baking dish.
