1. Summer squash, cut into matchsticks - 2 medium
2. Zucchini, cut into matchsticks - 2 medium
3. Red onion, very thinly sliced - 1 small
4. Baby carrots, sliced into thin pennies - 20
5. Ground black pepper - 2 teaspoons
6. Cracked mixed peppercorns - 2 teaspoons
7. Coarse sea salt - 2 teaspoons
8. Red pepper flakes - ½ teaspoon
9. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
10. Finely chopped fresh dill - 2 tablespoons
11. Red wine vinegar - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Bountiful Summer Squash Salad

1. Stage

Combine summer squash, zucchini, red onion, and baby carrots in a large bowl. Sprinkle with black pepper, cracked peppercorns, salt, and red pepper flakes. Drizzle olive oil over the top. Add dill. Pour red wine vinegar over everything and mix well.
