1. Lamb ribs 3 ½ pounds
2. Onions, chopped 2
3. Dry white wine 1 cup
4. Soy sauce ¼ cup
5. Fresh lemon juice ¼ cup
6. Honey 1 tablespoon
7. Olive oil 1 tablespoon
8. Minced garlic 2 teaspoons
9. Ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon
10. Salt 1 teaspoon
11. Ground black pepper 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Lamb Ribs with Honey and Wine

1 . Stage

Place lamb in a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Combine onions, white wine, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, olive oil, garlic, cinnamon, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Mix well and pour mixture all over lamb. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
