1. Lamb ribs - 3 ½ pounds
2. Onions, chopped - 2
3. Dry white wine - 1 cup
4. Soy sauce - ¼ cup
5. Fresh lemon juice - ¼ cup
6. Honey - 1 tablespoon
7. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
8. Minced garlic - 2 teaspoons
9. Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
10. Salt - 1 teaspoon
11. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Lamb Ribs with Honey and Wine

1. Stage

Place lamb in a 9x13-inch baking dish.

2. Stage

Combine onions, white wine, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, olive oil, garlic, cinnamon, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Mix well and pour mixture all over lamb. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
