1. Spaghetti - 1 (16 ounce) package
2. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
3. Ramps - leaves washed, dried, and finely chopped - ½ bunch
4. Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste - ½ bunch
5. Freshly grated Parmesan cheese, or to taste - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Spaghetti with Ramps

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes. Drain.

Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a skillet over low heat. Add ramps and cook until softened, 3 to 5 minutes. Add cooked spaghetti and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
