Ingredients for - Roasted Kohlrabi

1. Kohlrabi bulbs, peeled - 4
2. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
3. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
4. Salt and pepper to taste - 1 clove
5. Grated Parmesan cheese - ⅓ cup

How to cook deliciously - Roasted Kohlrabi

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).

Combine olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Toss kohlrabi slices in the olive oil mixture to coat.
