1. Beef skirt steak - 2 pounds
2. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
3. Steak seasoning - 1 tablespoon
4. Romaine, chopped - 2 heads
5. Corn, kernels cut from cob - 2 ears
6. Avocado, diced - 1 large
7. Mini sweet peppers, sliced - 4
8. Grape tomatoes, sliced - 1 cup
9. Greek yogurt - ½ cup
10. Chopped fresh cilantro - ¼ cup
11. Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
12. Salt to taste - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Slow Cooker Steak Salad with Cilantro Lime Dressing

1. Stage

Rub steak with olive oil and steak seasoning. Place in a slow cooker and cover. Cook on Low until tender, about 8 hours.

2. Stage

Remove steak and let cool slightly. Slice or pull apart with forks.

Toss romaine, corn, avocado, mini peppers, and tomatoes together in a large bowl.
