2. Fresh mushrooms, finely chopped - ½ pound
3. Onion, finely chopped - 1 large
4. Celery, finely chopped - 3 stalks
5. Sourdough bread, cut into 1-inch cubes - 1 (1 pound) loaf
6. Condensed cream of mushroom soup - 1 (10.75 ounce) can
7. Fresh parsley, chopped - ½ bunch
8. Chopped fresh sage - ½ teaspoon
9. Chopped fresh thyme - ½ teaspoon
10. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - ½ teaspoon
