Allow the butter and honey mixture to cool to 40-50 degrees (at this stage the mixture will change color to "amber")

In a bowl mix flour + oat flakes (grind, not very finely). Add the egg to the honey mixture, then the flour mixture, knead the dough, put it in a bag (cling film), put it in the cold for 1 hour, and then.

Sprinkle the work surface with flour, roll the "rested" dough into a thin (3-5 mm) layer, cut out cookie blanks with shaped notches, put them on a baking tray (on a non-stick mat). Oven 190-200 degrees, bake for 7-8 minutes. (!!! do not overdo it, otherwise they will dry out, they will be too brittle!!!) let the finished cookies cool.

Melt the chocolate glaze in MIKRO (40% for 2-3 minutes), "glue" two cookies with the melted chocolate.
