Ingredients for - Chocolate Zucchini Cookies

1. Butter flavored shortening - ½ cup
2. White sugar - ½ cup
3. Brown sugar - ½ cup
4. Egg - 1
5. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
6. All-purpose flour - 2 ¼ cups
7. Unsweetened cocoa powder - ⅓ cup
8. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
9. Salt - ½ teaspoon
10. Grated zucchini - 1 ¾ cups

How to cook deliciously - Chocolate Zucchini Cookies

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.

2. Stage

In a medium bowl, cream together the shortening, white sugar and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg and vanilla. Combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; gradually stir into the creamed mixture. Fold in the grated zucchini. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.

3. Stage

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
