How to cook deliciously - Grandma's tomatoes
1. Stage
Boil the marinade. For 1.5 liters of water, we put 6 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of salt without a hill. Sterilize jars (I have from 0.5 liters to 1 liter, I sterilize in the microwave - each for 2 minutes)
2. Stage
At the bottom of the jars we put 3 garlic cloves cut in half, 5 peppercorns and 3 cloves. Cut onions into 3-4 mm rings and tomatoes into quarters. We put all the layers in jars - onion rings and tomato slices (the more onions the tastier, but without fanaticism ;) ).
3. Stage
In each jar pour 1 tbsp of vegetable oil and vinegar 9%, then pour the marinade and sterilize (I again in the microwave for 4 minutes).
4. Stage
We screw the lids on and enjoy the winter (or wait at least 1 month to infuse)
