1. Yellow squash, halved lengthwise and cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices 2 small
2. Zucchini, halved lengthwise and cut in 1/4 inch slices 2 small
3. Red onion, diced in 1/2-inch pieces ½ medium
4. Red bell pepper, diced in 1/2-inch pieces ½ medium
5. Sliced fresh pineapple, diced in 1/2-inch pieces 1 cup
6. Cherry tomatoes 1 cup
7. Wooden skewers 8
8. Olive oil ¼ cup
9. Lemon juice 3 tablespoons
10. Lemon zest 1 tablespoon
11. Garlic, minced fine 1 clove
12. Chopped flat-leaf parsley 3 tablespoons
13. Salt ½ teaspoon
14. Ground black pepper ½ teaspoon
15. Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Grilled Fruit and Vegetable Kabobs

1 . Stage

Heat the grill to low, 325 degrees F to 350 degrees F (165 degrees C to 175 degrees C). Line the grill grate with Reynolds Wrap aluminum foil.

2 . Stage

Make kabobs: Thread squash, zucchini, onion, bell pepper, pineapple, and tomatoes onto skewers.

3 . Stage

Make marinade: Combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl; mix well.

Brush marinade onto fruit and veggie kabobs.
