3. Unsweetened cocoa powder - 3 tablespoons
4. Baking powder - 3 teaspoons
5. Salt - ½ teaspoon
6. Milk - 1 cup
7. Eggs - 2 large
8. Butter, melted - 4 tablespoons
9. Butter, softened - 1 tablespoon
10. Confectioners' sugar - ¾ cup
11. Vanilla extract - ½ teaspoon
12. Milk - 1 teaspoon
13. Nonstick cooking spray - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Chocolate Waffles

1. Stage

Preheat a waffle iron.

2. Stage

Make waffles: Stir together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Stir in milk, eggs, and butter until the mixture is smooth.

Make hard sauce: stir together softened butter, confectioners' sugar, vanilla extract, and milk. Sauce should be fairly stiff. Set aside.

Spray preheated waffle iron with nonstick cooking spray. Pour waffle mix onto hot waffle iron. Cook until golden brown. Serve hot with hard sauce.
