1. Stage
Mix warm milk, sugar, dry yeast and flour for the sourdough. Leave for 10 minutes to allow a cap to form on the surface.

In the stew break a raw egg, stir.

Pour warm melted margarine, stir.
4. Stage
Pour sugar, salt and flour. Knead the dough, leave in the heat for 45-50 minutes.
5. Stage
Roll out the dough 7-8 mm thick. Cut out circles.

Fry the doughnuts in plenty of vegetable oil until golden.

Cool doughnuts and fill with boiled condensed milk (using a syringe).
