2. Avocado, pitted and peeled - 1 medium
3. Eggs - 2 large
4. Milk - ½ cup
5. Whole wheat flour - 2 cups
6. Light brown sugar - ½ cup
7. White sugar - ¼ cup
8. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
9. Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
10. Salt - 1 teaspoon
11. Chopped walnuts - ½ cup

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.

Cream together bananas and avocado in a mixing bowl using an electric mixer. Pour in eggs and milk; mix well.
