1. Potato, cut into cubes 1 small

3. Fresh pomegranate seeds ¼ cup
4. Carrot, cut into matchsticks ½
5. Extra-virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon
6. Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
7. Garlic, minced 1 clove
8. Salt ½ teaspoon
9. Brown sugar ¼ teaspoon
10. Red pepper flakes ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Zesty Salad

1 . Stage

Place potato cubes into a small pot and cover with salted water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until tender, 5 to 10 minutes. Drain and let cool, about 10 minutes.

Combine cooled potato, cabbage, pomegranate seeds, and carrot in a large bowl.
