1. Butter 6 tablespoons
2. Fresh raspberries 2 (6 ounce) containers
3. Egg yolks, beaten 6
4. White sugar ¾ cup
5. Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
6. Lemon zest ¼ teaspoon
7. Salt ⅛ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Raspberry Curd

1 . Stage

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat.

2 . Stage

Add raspberries, egg yolks, sugar, lemon juice, zest, and salt. Cook, stirring constantly, until curd coats the back of a spoon and is slightly thickened, 8 to 10 minutes.

3 . Stage

Strain curd through a fine mesh sieve, mashing raspberries with the back of a spoon.
