1. Butter - 6 tablespoons
2. Fresh raspberries - 2 (6 ounce) containers
3. Egg yolks, beaten - 6
4. White sugar - ¾ cup
5. Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
6. Lemon zest - ¼ teaspoon
7. Salt - ⅛ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Raspberry Curd

1. Stage

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat.

2. Stage

Add raspberries, egg yolks, sugar, lemon juice, zest, and salt. Cook, stirring constantly, until curd coats the back of a spoon and is slightly thickened, 8 to 10 minutes.

3. Stage

Strain curd through a fine mesh sieve, mashing raspberries with the back of a spoon.
