1. Stage
Peppers cut lengthwise into 8 parts, removing the core. Wash zucchini, tomatoes, eggplant and arugula. Cut eggplant and zucchini into circles. Sprinkle all vegetables 1 tbsp. l olive oil and sprinkle with spices. Fry vegetables in 2 tbsp. l oil on high heat from two sides, 4 min each. Sprinkle arugula with lemon juice and put on a plate.

Top with fried vegetables and cheese. Pour the remaining oil and sprinkle with pepper.
