Ingredients for - Southwest BBQ Chicken Tacos

1. Barbecue sauce 1 cup
2. Southwest seasoning 1 tablespoon
3. Hot sauce ½ teaspoon
4. Olive oil 2 teaspoons
5. Shredded rotisserie chicken 3 cups
6. Flour or corn tortillas 8 (6 inch)
7. Chopped tomatoes ½ cup
8. Borden® Finely Shredded Four Cheese Mexican Shreds ½ cup
9. Coarsely chopped fresh cilantro ½ cup
10. Lime wedges, for serving ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Southwest BBQ Chicken Tacos

1 . Stage

Combine barbecue sauce, seasoning and hot sauce in a small bowl. Let stand 15 minutes.

2 . Stage

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat until hot.

3 . Stage

Add chicken; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until warmed through.

4 . Stage

Add barbecue sauce mixture. Cook 3 to 5 minutes more or until chicken is coated and sauce thickens slightly.

5 . Stage

Heat tortillas according to package directions.

6 . Stage

Spoon chicken mixture evenly onto the center of each tortilla.

7 . Stage

Top each taco evenly with tomatoes, Borden® Queso Fresco Fresh Crumbling Cheese and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
