1. Tomato juice 4 cups
2. Onion, minced 1
3. Green bell pepper, minced 1
4. Cucumber, chopped 1
5. Chopped tomatoes 2 cups
6. Green onions, chopped 2
7. Garlic, minced 1 clove
8. Fresh lemon juice 3 tablespoons
9. Red wine vinegar 2 tablespoons
10. Dried tarragon 1 teaspoon
11. Dried basil 1 teaspoon
12. Chopped fresh parsley ¼ cup
13. White sugar 1 teaspoon
14. Salt and pepper to taste 1 teaspoon

1 . Stage

In a blender or food processor, combine tomato juice, onion, bell pepper, cucumber, tomatoes, green onions, garlic, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, tarragon, basil, parsley, sugar, salt, and pepper. Blend until well-combined but still slightly chunky. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
