Ingredients for - Gazpacho

1. Tomato juice - 4 cups
2. Onion, minced - 1
3. Green bell pepper, minced - 1
4. Cucumber, chopped - 1
5. Chopped tomatoes - 2 cups
6. Green onions, chopped - 2
7. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
8. Fresh lemon juice - 3 tablespoons
9. Red wine vinegar - 2 tablespoons
10. Dried tarragon - 1 teaspoon
11. Dried basil - 1 teaspoon
12. Chopped fresh parsley - ¼ cup
13. White sugar - 1 teaspoon
14. Salt and pepper to taste - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Gazpacho

1. Stage

In a blender or food processor, combine tomato juice, onion, bell pepper, cucumber, tomatoes, green onions, garlic, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, tarragon, basil, parsley, sugar, salt, and pepper. Blend until well-combined but still slightly chunky. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
