1. Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
2. Onion, chopped - 1 medium
3. Lean ground beef - 1 pound
4. Salt - 1 teaspoon
5. Ground black pepper to taste - 1 pinch
6. Coarsely shredded cabbage - 4 cups
7. Tomato-vegetable juice cocktail (such as V8®) - 1 (12 ounce) can
8. Minced fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon
9. Dried marjoram - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Quick Ground Beef Stew

1. Stage

Heat oil in a pot over medium-high heat. Add onion and saute until tender, 5 to 7 minutes. Add beef, salt, and pepper; cook and stir until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in cabbage, tomato-vegetable juice, parsley, and marjoram. Cover and reduce heat; let simmer, stirring once or twice, until cabbage is tender, about 20 minutes.
