2. Ground cardamom - 1 ½ teaspoons
3. Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
4. Ground ginger - ½ teaspoon
5. Ground nutmeg - ½ teaspoon
6. Ground cloves - ¼ teaspoon
7. Salt - ⅛ teaspoon
8. Ground black pepper (Optional) - ⅛ teaspoon
9. Butter - 1 cup
10. White sugar - ½ cup
11. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
12. All-purpose flour - 2 cups

How to cook deliciously - Chai-Spiced Shortbread Cookies

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
