2. Ground cardamom 1 ½ teaspoons
3. Ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon
4. Ground ginger ½ teaspoon
5. Ground nutmeg ½ teaspoon
6. Ground cloves ¼ teaspoon
7. Salt ⅛ teaspoon
8. Ground black pepper (Optional) ⅛ teaspoon
9. Butter 1 cup
10. White sugar ½ cup
11. Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
12. All-purpose flour 2 cups
