How to cook deliciously - Collapsible pie
1 . Stage
Each hostess has her own secret for yeast dough. That's why I don't show this step here in step-by-step photos. I did this: I diluted the yeast in warm milk and 1 tsp. sugar. I left it for 15-20 minutes. The egg was beaten with a fork and mixed with milk, a pinch of salt and 100g of softened butter. Sift flour. I poured the mixture of yeast and egg and milk. Knead the dough. Knead with hands for 10-15 minutes. I cover with a towel and leave for 1,5-2 hours.
2 . Stage
In the meantime, I make the filling. With a coarse grater I remove the zest from the orange. I try not to touch the white part. Pour boiling water for 5-7 minutes. I drain the water.
3 . Stage
I heat half a tablespoon of butter in a frying pan. I add the zest and stir-fry for about 5 minutes. 5. I add a tablespoon of sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
4 . Stage
Mix the egg with the sugar and the cottage cheese. Wash the raisins. If you want, you can soak them in rum or cognac. Mix all the ingredients.

Here comes the dough. Knead the dough with your hands.

Divide into balls, knead the balls by hand into tortillas.

Spread the filling on the flatbreads. Pinch the edges and leave the buns for about 15 minutes.
8 . Stage
We assemble it into a pie, in the form of a flower.
9 . Stage
Grease with egg. And put it in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 t.
