Ingredients for - Basic Fondue

1. Milk - 2 cups
2. All-purpose flour - 3 tablespoons
3. Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
4. Ground dry mustard - 2 teaspoons
5. Garlic, peeled and crushed - 1 clove
6. Shredded Cheddar cheese - 6 cups

How to cook deliciously - Basic Fondue

1. Stage

Mix together milk, flour, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and garlic in a medium saucepan over low heat. Heat until almost boiling.

2. Stage

Gradually stir in Cheddar cheese. Continue heating until all the cheese has melted.

3. Stage

Keep the mixture warm and melted in a fondue dish.
