Ingredients for - Basic Fondue

1. Milk 2 cups
2. All-purpose flour 3 tablespoons
3. Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon
4. Ground dry mustard 2 teaspoons
5. Garlic, peeled and crushed 1 clove
6. Shredded Cheddar cheese 6 cups

How to cook deliciously - Basic Fondue

1 . Stage

Mix together milk, flour, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and garlic in a medium saucepan over low heat. Heat until almost boiling.

2 . Stage

Gradually stir in Cheddar cheese. Continue heating until all the cheese has melted.

3 . Stage

Keep the mixture warm and melted in a fondue dish.
