How to cook deliciously - Chicken 40 garlic cloves
1 . Stage
Wash and dry the chicken with a paper towel. Fill a syringe with soy sauce and "prick" the chicken on all sides. Leave it to marinade for a couple of hours.

In a skillet (if you have one with a removable handle, use it) put half the butter, thyme and peeled garlic cloves. Over medium heat, stirring constantly, fry the garlic until nicely browned. Do not overcook!

The rest of the butter is a little more microwaveable, add salt, pepper mixture and mix well.

Coat the chicken on all sides and well inside with the above mixture.

Place the chicken in a skillet (that's why you need a skillet with a removable handle) over the roasted, aromatic garlic. Or we transfer the garlic to a baking dish and top with the chicken. Pin the wings to the body of the chicken with toothpicks.
6 . Stage
Roast our chicken in a preheated 180°C oven for 1 - 1 hour. 30 minutes. Do not forget to periodically smear the chicken with the liquid from the bottom of the pan.
