How to cook deliciously - Chicken 40 garlic cloves

Place the chicken in a skillet (that's why you need a skillet with a removable handle) over the roasted, aromatic garlic. Or we transfer the garlic to a baking dish and top with the chicken. Pin the wings to the body of the chicken with toothpicks.

Roast our chicken in a preheated 180°C oven for 1 - 1 hour. 30 minutes. Do not forget to periodically smear the chicken with the liquid from the bottom of the pan.
