1. Chicken thighs, cut into 1/2-inch pieces - 1 pound
2. Salt - ¾ teaspoon
3. Ground white pepper - 1 pinch
4. Sunflower seed oil - 1 tablespoon
5. Wooden skewers - 24
6. Water - 1 cup
7. Peanut butter - 5 tablespoons
8. Kecap manis (sweet soy sauce) - 2 tablespoons
9. Brown sugar - 1 tablespoon
10. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
11. Salt - ½ teaspoon
12. Lime juice - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Indonesian Chicken Skewers with Peanut Sauce (Satay Ayam)

1. Stage

Combine chicken thighs, 3/4 teaspoon salt, white pepper, and sunflower seed oil in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.

Soak wooden skewers in water to prevent burning during cooking.
