Ingredients for - Great Green Salad

1. Olive oil - 4 tablespoons
2. White wine vinegar - 2 tablespoons
3. Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon
4. Salt - ½ teaspoon
5. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
6. White sugar - 1 pinch
7. Chopped fresh parsley - 1 teaspoon
8. Fresh lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
9. Garlic, chopped - 2 cloves
10. Avocados - peeled, pitted, and cubed - 1
11. Mixed salad greens - 4 cups
12. Sliced almonds - ½ cup
13. Feta cheese, crumbled - 2 ounces

How to cook deliciously - Great Green Salad

1. Stage

In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, white wine vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, sugar, parsley, lemon juice and garlic. Add the avocado, and stir to coat with the dressing.

2. Stage

Just before serving, add the salad greens, and toss to coat with dressing. Sprinkle sliced almonds and feta cheese over the top.
