How to cook deliciously - Krucheniki with young cabbage

Cut the meat like chops. Baste well. Salt and pepper.

Shred the cabbage and grate with salt and pepper.

Place some cabbage on the meat layer.

Roll in flour.

Fry in vegetable oil over medium heat. Place the rolls in the pan with the seam down first, then fry the other side. You can wrap the rolls with white string or pierce them with a toothpick, so that during the frying the rolls will not unfold. I didn't need all that.

Place finely chopped onions on the fried rolls. Stir to make sure the onions are fried a little too.
