Ingredients for - Tropical Mango Bread

1. All-purpose flour 1 ¾ cups
2. Sugar 1 ¼ cups
3. Baking powder 1 ¾ teaspoons
4. Spice Islands® Ground Saigon Cinnamon 2 teaspoons
5. Salt 1 ½ teaspoons
6. Spice Islands® Pure Vanilla Extract 1 teaspoon
7. Eggs 3
8. Mazola® Corn Oil ¾ cup
9. Diced mango 1 cup
10. Pineapple tidbits, well drained 1 (8 ounce) can
11. Chopped macadamia nuts ¼ cup
12. Shredded coconut ½ cup
13. Powdered sugar 1 ½ cups
14. Spice Islands® Pure Vanilla Extract ½ teaspoon
15. Butter OR margarine, melted 1 tablespoon
16. Hot tap water, or as needed 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Tropical Mango Bread

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl. Make a well in the dry ingredients and add vanilla, eggs, oil, fruits, nuts and coconut; mix well. Pour into 2 greased 8-1/2 x 4-1/2-inch loaf pans.

2 . Stage

Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted near the center of loaf comes out clean. Cool in pans 5 minutes. Remove from pans and cool completely on wire racks. When loaves are cool, mix together ingredients for glaze and pour over loaves.
