We leave it for 10 minutes, and in the meantime preheat the oven. Bake the chicken until tender. You can bake in foil, but I baked just in the form with the lid open.

Eggs will go in the salad in fried form. One at a time we beat them, salt them a little, and fry them in a pan greased with 1 tablespoon of oil.
