1. Red potatoes, scrubbed but not peeled 2 pounds
2. Chicken bouillon 1 cube
3. Chopped fresh rosemary 1 tablespoon
4. Shredded Colby-Jack cheese 1 cup
5. Milk ½ cup
6. Sour cream ½ cup
7. Butter, softened ¼ cup
8. Sliced green onions ¼ cup
9. Garlic, minced 2 cloves
10. Salt ½ teaspoon
11. Ground black pepper ½ teaspoon

1 . Stage

Fill a large stockpot with water. Add potatoes, chicken bouillon, and rosemary. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
