1. Red potatoes, scrubbed but not peeled - 2 pounds
2. Chicken bouillon - 1 cube
3. Chopped fresh rosemary - 1 tablespoon
4. Shredded Colby-Jack cheese - 1 cup
5. Milk - ½ cup
6. Sour cream - ½ cup
7. Butter, softened - ¼ cup
8. Sliced green onions - ¼ cup
9. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
10. Salt - ½ teaspoon
11. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon

1. Stage

Fill a large stockpot with water. Add potatoes, chicken bouillon, and rosemary. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
