3. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
4. Salt - ½ teaspoon
5. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
6. Sliced cauliflower - 4 cups
7. Cherry tomatoes - 2 cups
8. Garbanzo beans, drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
9. Lime, cut into wedges - 1
10. Chopped fresh cilantro - 1 tablespoon

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and grease with cooking spray.
