Ingredients for - Tutu's Mango Bread

1. All-purpose flour - 2 cups
2. White sugar - 1 ½ cups
3. Baking soda - 2 teaspoons
4. Ground cinnamon - 2 teaspoons
5. Salt - ½ teaspoon
6. Chopped mango - 2 cups
7. Chopped walnuts - ½ cup
8. Vegetable oil - ¾ cup
9. Eggs, beaten - 3 large
10. Vanilla extract - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Tutu's Mango Bread

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.

2. Stage

Sift flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt into a bowl. Stir in mango and nuts. Add oil, eggs, and vanilla and combine until just mixed, do not overmix or loaf will be tough. Pour into the prepared pan.

3. Stage

Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with little to no crumbs, about 1 hour. Loaf should pull away from sides of pan and bounce back easily when touched.
