Ingredients for - Vitamix Tortilla Soup

1. Chicken broth - 1 (32 fluid ounce) container
2. Diced tomatoes with lime juice and cilantro (such as RO*TEL®) - 1 (14.5 ounce) can
3. Shredded jalapeno Jack cheese - ¼ cup
4. Roma tomatoes - 2
5. Carrot - 1
6. Celery - 1 stalk
7. Onion - 1 slice
8. Red bell pepper - 1 slice
9. Avocado - 1
10. Garlic - 1 clove
11. Taco seasoning mix - 1 teaspoon
12. Salt - ½ teaspoon
13. Fresh cilantro, or more to taste - 2 sprigs
14. Canned black beans, rinsed and drained - ¼ cup
15. Canned corn, drained - ¼ cup
16. Shredded cooked chicken - 1 ½ cups

How to cook deliciously - Vitamix Tortilla Soup

1. Stage

Combine chicken broth, diced tomatoes, jalapeno Jack cheese, Roma tomatoes, carrot, celery, bell pepper, avocado, garlic, taco mix, salt, and cilantro in a high-speed blender (such as Vitamix). Mix at level 10 for a few seconds, then at full speed until steaming, 6 to 7 minutes.

2. Stage

Pour black beans and corn into the blender and pulse two times. Serve soup over shredded chicken.
