2. Onions, diced - 2
3. Celery, diced - 2 stalks
4. Garlic, finely chopped - 2 cloves
5. Diced peeled butternut squash - 2 cups
6. Shredded or chopped cooked pork - 3 cups
7. Diced tomatoes - 1 (28 ounce) can
8. Baked beans - 1 (28 ounce) can
9. Chicken stock - 1 (32 fluid ounce) container
10. Cream-style corn - 1 (15 ounce) can
11. Frozen peas - 1 cup
12. Cayenne pepper - ¼ teaspoon
13. Ground cumin - ½ teaspoon
14. Paprika - ¾ teaspoon
15. Salt - 1 teaspoon
16. Hickory-flavored barbeque sauce - 1 (18 ounce) bottle

How to cook deliciously - Sunday Brunswick Stew

1. Stage

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir onion and celery in hot oil until onion is translucent, 5 to 7 minutes. Stir garlic into the mixture; cook and stir another 2 minutes. Transfer mixture to slow cooker.

2. Stage

Stir butternut squash, pork, diced tomatoes, baked beans, chicken stock, corn, peas, cayenne pepper, cumin, paprika, salt, and barbeque sauce into the onion mixture in the slow cooker.

Cover and cook on High for 4 hours.
