Ingredients for - Marinated Zucchini

1. Zucchini - 1 pound
2. Vegetable oil - ½ cup
3. White vinegar - 3 tablespoons
4. Honey - 2 tablespoons
5. Chopped fresh parsley, or to taste - 1 tablespoon
6. Chopped fresh dill, or to taste - 1 tablespoon
7. Chopped fresh basil, or to taste - 1 tablespoon
8. Garlic, minced, or more to taste - 3 cloves
9. Salt - ½ teaspoon
10. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Marinated Zucchini

1. Stage

Slice zucchini with a vegetable peeler and place in a bowl.

2. Stage

Mix oil, vinegar, honey, parsley, dill, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper together in another bowl.

3. Stage

Cover zucchini with marinade and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve cold.
