Ingredients for - Chinese Peppered Green Beans

1. Green peppercorns, drained - 2 tablespoons
2. Coarsely chopped cilantro - 1 cup
3. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
4. Chinese yardlong beans - 1 pound
5. Garlic, finely chopped - 4 cloves
6. Brown sugar - 2 teaspoons
7. Red chile pepper, seeded and chopped fine - 1 small
8. Water - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Chinese Peppered Green Beans

1. Stage

In a small bowl, using the bottom of a glass or jar, crush the peppercorns into a coarse pulp. Stir in the cilantro.

Heat oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in beans, garlic, brown sugar, chile pepper, peppercorns and cilantro. Stir-fry for 45 seconds. Pour in the water and cover to steam for about 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
