2. Fresh asparagus, trimmed - 1 bunch
3. Fresh mushrooms, quartered - ½ pound
4. Olive oil - 2 teaspoons
5. Fresh rosemary, minced - 2 sprigs
6. Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste - 2 sprigs

How to cook deliciously - Roasted Asparagus and Mushrooms

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking tray with nonstick spray.

Place asparagus and mushrooms in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with rosemary, salt, and pepper; toss well. Lay vegetables on the prepared tray in an even layer.
