1. White sugar - ⅔ cup
2. Eggs, beaten - 3
3. Evaporated milk - 1 (12 fluid ounce) can
4. Canned pumpkin puree - 1 (29 ounce) can
5. Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
6. Salt - ½ teaspoon
7. Ground cloves - ¼ teaspoon
8. Pumpkin pie spice - ¼ teaspoon
9. Spice cake mix - ½ (18.25 ounce) package
10. Margarine, melted - ¼ cup
11. Chopped walnuts - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Pumpkin Pudding II

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 9x13 inch baking dish.

2. Stage

Blend together the sugar, eggs, evaporated milk, pumpkin, cinnamon, salt, clove and pie spice. Pour into baking dish.

3. Stage

Spread dry cake mix over pumpkin mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon, margarine and chopped nuts.

4. Stage

Bake for 60 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
