1. White sugar ⅔ cup
2. Eggs, beaten 3
3. Evaporated milk 1 (12 fluid ounce) can
4. Canned pumpkin puree 1 (29 ounce) can
5. Ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon
6. Salt ½ teaspoon
7. Ground cloves ¼ teaspoon
8. Pumpkin pie spice ¼ teaspoon
9. Spice cake mix ½ (18.25 ounce) package
10. Margarine, melted ¼ cup
11. Chopped walnuts ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Pumpkin Pudding II

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 9x13 inch baking dish.

2 . Stage

Blend together the sugar, eggs, evaporated milk, pumpkin, cinnamon, salt, clove and pie spice. Pour into baking dish.

3 . Stage

Spread dry cake mix over pumpkin mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon, margarine and chopped nuts.

4 . Stage

Bake for 60 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
