Ingredients for - Gluten Free Banana Bread

1. Gluten-free all purpose baking flour - 2 cups
2. Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
3. Salt - ½ teaspoon
4. Butter - ½ cup
5. Turbinado sugar - ½ cup
6. Eggs, lightly beaten - 2
7. Maple syrup - 3 tablespoons
8. Ripe bananas, mashed - 6

How to cook deliciously - Gluten Free Banana Bread

1. Stage

Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

2. Stage

In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Stir in eggs, maple syrup and mashed bananas until well blended. Add the banana mixture to the flour mixture; mix until batter is just moist. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.

3. Stage

Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. If using muffin or cupcake tins, bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean. Andrea Brabant-Grulke
