1. Egg - 1
2. Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
3. Maple syrup - 1 tablespoon
4. Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze Almondmilk - 1 cup
5. Prepared tart shell - 1
6. Sliced fresh strawberries - ½ cup
7. Fresh raspberries - ½ cup
8. Fresh blueberries - ½ cup
9. Fresh blackberries - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Summer Fruit Tart from Almond Breeze®

1. Stage

To make custard whisk egg, corn starch and maple syrup together in a pan. Slowly whisk in almond milk over medium heat. Bring to a boil, whisking continuously, remove from heat and cool 5 minutes.

2. Stage

Pour custard into tart crust and top with fruit.

3. Stage

Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
