1. Stage
In a large bowl, combine lime juice, 1/4 cup olive oil, minced garlic, chili powder, chili flakes, cumin and salt. Add shrimp to marinade, cover with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2. Stage
Heat the remaining oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook stirring for about 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat and add chopped cilantro.
