7. White potatoes, cubed - 2
8. Cauliflower florets - 1 cup
9. Diced celery - 1 cup
10. Herbes de Provence - 2 tablespoons
11. White sugar - 1 tablespoon
12. Salt - 1 tablespoon
13. Ground black pepper - 1 tablespoon
14. Bay leaves - 2
15. Elbow macaroni - 1 cup

1. Stage

Heat the olive oil in a large soup pot over medium-low heat; cook and stir onion in the oil until translucent, about 5 minutes. Stir chicken broth, tomato juice, diced tomatoes, and water into the pot; bring to a boil.
