1. Peeled and cubed butternut squash 1 pound
2. Pork sausage, sliced 1 pound
3. Peeled and sliced carrots ½ pound
4. Shredded red cabbage 3 cups
5. Sliced onion 1 cup
6. Minced garlic 3 tablespoons
7. Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
8. Salt 1 tablespoon
9. Ground black pepper 2 teaspoons
10. Herbes de Provence 1 teaspoon

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a roasting pan or large baking dish with aluminum foil.
