Ingredients for - Braised Cabbage

1. Butter, or more to taste - 2 tablespoons
2. Cabbage, cored and cut into 1/4-inch slices - ½ head
3. Onion, cut into 1/4-inch slices - ½
4. Water - 1 cup
5. White vinegar - 1 tablespoon
6. White sugar - 1 tablespoon
7. Caraway seeds - 2 teaspoons
8. Salt - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Braised Cabbage

1. Stage

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir cabbage and onion in butter until onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.

2. Stage

Pour in water; add vinegar, sugar, caraway seeds, and salt. Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is tender, 20 to 25 minutes.
