How to cook deliciously - Korean-style green radish
1 . Stage
Peel the radish from the skin. Wash and dry them. Grate them with a Korean carrot slicer, or like me, grate them in a GALAXY.
2 . Stage
Salt the grated radish, pour the vinegar, stir and leave to stand at room temperature for an hour.
3 . Stage
After an hour, drain the liquid from the radish.
4 . Stage
Put the spices and garlic on the radish.
5 . Stage
Pour oil into a pan and fry the onions in it.
6 . Stage
Pour the oil and onion into the radishes, being careful to pour directly over the spices. The hot oil will help them give off their flavors better.
7 . Stage
Stir well, cool, and place in the refrigerator for twelve hours. To serve, toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan and sprinkle over the salad.
