1. Frozen shelled edamame (green soybeans) 1 (12 ounce) package
2. Garlic 2 cloves
3. Tahini ½ cup
4. Water ½ cup
5. Packed cilantro leaves ½ cup
6. Lemon juice ¼ cup
7. Extra-virgin olive oil 3 tablespoons
8. Kosher salt 1 teaspoon
9. Ground cumin ¾ teaspoon
10. Cayenne pepper ⅛ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Cilantro Edamame Hummus

1 . Stage

Place edamame into a large pot and cover with salted water. Place over medium-low heat, bring to a simmer, and cook until tender, about 5 minutes; drain.

Puree garlic in food processor until minced. Add edamame, tahini, water, cilantro, lemon juice, olive oil, kosher salt, cumin, and cayenne pepper; blend until smooth.
