1. Frozen shelled edamame (green soybeans) - 1 (12 ounce) package
2. Garlic - 2 cloves
3. Tahini - ½ cup
4. Water - ½ cup
5. Packed cilantro leaves - ½ cup
6. Lemon juice - ¼ cup
7. Extra-virgin olive oil - 3 tablespoons
8. Kosher salt - 1 teaspoon
9. Ground cumin - ¾ teaspoon
10. Cayenne pepper - ⅛ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Cilantro Edamame Hummus

1. Stage

Place edamame into a large pot and cover with salted water. Place over medium-low heat, bring to a simmer, and cook until tender, about 5 minutes; drain.

2. Stage

Puree garlic in food processor until minced. Add edamame, tahini, water, cilantro, lemon juice, olive oil, kosher salt, cumin, and cayenne pepper; blend until smooth.
