1. Plain yogurt 6 tablespoons
2. Garlic, crushed 2 cloves
3. Ground cumin 1 teaspoon
4. Ground turmeric 1 teaspoon
5. Freshly grated ginger 1 teaspoon
6. Ground black pepper ½ teaspoon
7. Chile flakes ½ teaspoon
8. Ground cinnamon ½ teaspoon
9. Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves 4 (5 ounce)
10. Metal skewers 4 (5 ounce)

How to cook deliciously - Chicken Tikka Kebabs

1 . Stage

Combine yogurt, garlic, cumin, turmeric, ginger, pepper, chile flakes, and cinnamon in a glass or ceramic bowl; mix well.

Chop chicken into small chunks and add to the yogurt mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.
